Welcome to the family, Daniela!

We are very pleased to welcome Daniela as a new employee from 01.08.2024.

Daniela will support our team as an assistant to the management and in marketing topics.

As a sign of her affiliation to the entrepreneurial family, Daniela has already put her signature on our signature board in the production hall.

Our onboarding process is always similar. We start with a safety briefing, a tour of the company, setting up the workplace and getting to know the departments. All departments are informed and have set aside some time to introduce themselves and their tasks.

Then it's time for the familiarisation phase.

As a small welcome goodie, in addition to our welcome pack at the workplace, there is also a lunch together (contact person and new employee), which is provided by the company.
