REVIEW OF ANNUAL TARGET PLANNING 2024 MUNICH

From 4 to 7 December, our management met with two employees in Munich to plan the annual targets and measures for 2025. This was based on the proposals submitted by all employees in advance. Everyone had the opportunity to apply to take part in this important planning round. In the end, two colleagues were selected to actively participate in the discussions and decisions.

The result? A complete success! Together, we were able to set nine clear goals and twenty one measures for a successful new year. These will be announced at a works meeting in January.
