OFFICIAL HANDOVER OF THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT

At the 2024 Christmas party, Thomas Dörr officially handed over the management of the two companies to his son Patrik Dörr. In a symbolic gesture, Thomas handed over the baton to Patrik and with it the responsibility for the future of the companies to the next generation.

Thomas Dörr will continue to be operationally active in the company, but will no longer be at the helm. "I am glad that I can hand over the reins now, before the time inevitably comes. It is the right time and I am delighted that Patrik is taking on this task," said Thomas Dörr in his address to the employees.

In addition, some shares will be transferred to Patrik. We are confident about the future and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration under Patrik Dörr's leadership. We wish him every success!
