Young Talent Meets Technology – Max Dörr at the Leintal School Career Fair in Schwaigern

On May 20, 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in the career fair at Leintal School in Schwaigern.

Between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM, we gave three engaging 40-minute presentations about our company and the apprenticeships we offer. Joining us were our trainer Lia (office), our trainer Simon (production), and Sejdjan, our second-year apprentice – speaking straight from experience and closely connecting with the students' questions.

What made the event special: The students could choose in advance which three companies they wanted to hear from. We were excited about the high level of interest and curiosity shown by the attendees.

A real highlight was the hands-on activity at the end: the students had the chance to build their own metal phone holder – a small but exciting glimpse into the world of metalworking at Max Dörr.
