Our path to greater efficiency: New CNC lathe in use

In 2023, we invested in a new state-of-the-art CNC lathe, thereby significantly expanding our machine park. The new machine replaces a 40-year-old model and offers completely new possibilities in the in-house production of components for our conveyor technology solutions.

With a clamping width of up to 1,400 mm, the new CNC lathe enables particularly precise, fast and economical machining - ideal for large orders or customised products at short notice. And the best thing is that spare parts enquiries can now also be processed even more quickly and flexibly in-house.

What used to be a time-consuming manual process is now automated, precise and time-efficient. This not only saves resources, but also makes us even more independent and efficient as a manufacturer - Made in Gemmingen
