Our journey towards 2026 begins now

From 26 to 28 November, we worked intensively on our annual target planning in Friedrichshafen. This was not just about figures, but about clear prospects for the future.

What did we do?
All the targets submitted in advance by our employees were carefully prepared and discussed individually.
Using the ZEM method, we set priorities and defined measurable results.
Finally, we presented the targets at a staff meeting so that everyone knows where we are headed.

Why go to all this effort?
Because we are convinced that only together can we achieve our goals. And that is precisely what makes us strong, as a team and as a company.
