Works Council Elections 2026: High turnout and strong engagement

Every four years, the time comes: it was once again time for our works council elections. A total of ten colleagues stood for election – a strong sign of commitment and solidarity within the company. Five members were elected to represent the interests of the workforce in future.

Particularly pleasing: voter turnout was just under 83 per cent. This high level of interest demonstrates how important co-determination and cooperation are to us.

We would like to thank all the candidates for their efforts, as well as all the employees who took part in the election. We are very satisfied with how the process went and look forward to working with the new works council.
