After-sales service

Every conveying system and conveying component requires a bare minimum of servicing. The required servicing intervals are based on the life cycle and operating conditions of the system. We execute the required servicing and maintenance work on conveyors that we supply and also on third-party systems.

Service Contract

When concluding a service contract, you assure regular servicing and maintenance activity. Early detection of wear means that expensive repairs are prevented and increases the life of your conveying systems. We employ trained specialist personnel to perform servicing, which is carried out on-site at the set intervals, so that the downtime of your systems is minimized.

Spare parts

Every conveying system that we supply will be delivered with a spare and wear parts recommendation. This contains all of the required parts that should be available on-site with the customer in order to minimize standstill time for the affected conveyor in the event of a fault.

Third-party systems

We also perform servicing and maintenance work on third-party products. Converting and expanding these systems is also executed by our specialists.
